Payment

Braintimize GmbH accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, and Klarna.

Payment with Klarna is possible for purchases over 500 DKK.

Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of amount

When using payment cards, both debit and credit cards, the amount for the purchased goods will be reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order is shipped, the money will be debited from your account.

Payment with debit card

When using a debit card, you will see that the money is reserved on your account and your available balance will appear as being less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot debit the money, but the reservation will remain valid for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

Payment with credit card

The money will only be debited from and appear on your bank account when the webshop processes and collects payment for your order.

All amounts on the website include 25% Danish VAT.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders if an error has occurred regarding information or price of the product.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-5 business days.

Braintimize GmbH ships goods with the following: Parcel Shop, DAO - Direct, DAO - Parcel Shop, GLS Denmark, GLS Europe. See terms below.

If you buy for more than 799 DKK, shipping is free to Denmark with DAO. For other EU countries, shipping is free when you buy for more than 2,999 DKK.

DAO Home Delivery – For purchases under 799 DKK, shipping is 49 DKK; for purchases over 799 DKK, shipping is free. Home delivery is only possible if the package weighs under 5 kg. This applies only to packages delivered to Denmark.

DAO Parcel Shop – For purchases under 799 DKK, shipping is 49 DKK; for purchases over 799 DKK, shipping is free. Delivery to a parcel shop is only possible if the package weighs under 15 kg. This applies only to packages delivered to Denmark.

GLS DK Home Delivery The delivery time for your order is 3-7 business days. – For purchases under 2,999 DKK, shipping is 99 DKK; for purchases over 2,999 DKK, shipping is free. Home delivery is only possible if the package weighs under 5 kg. This applies only to packages delivered to Denmark.

GLS EU The delivery time for your order is 3-7 business days.

For purchases under 2,999 DKK, shipping is 199 DKK; for purchases over 2,999 DKK, shipping is free.

EU countries we ship to with GLS:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home. If the package is missing, it must be reported.

Right of withdrawal

A full 14-day return policy is granted on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Delivery has occurred when you have received your order.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to: info@braintimize.dk, with the subject: Withdrawal. In the message, you must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and whether you require a return label. You will then receive a return label or return number which must be affixed to the package before you send it to us. If you do not wish for a return label, you must bear the costs associated with returning your order yourself.

We charge DKK 60 for administrative handling of a returned order. These will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you do not collect your order in time in connection with delivery, after which it is returned to us, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to charge any costs that may be imposed on us in this connection.

No right of withdrawal: You have the right to return dietary supplements ordered online within 14 days, provided that the product is unused and sealed.

If you have broken the seal/packaging or if the products are not sealed, according to German law, there is no right of withdrawal and no right of return for food and dietary supplements, cf. Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB § 312g. It is therefore important that products are returned fully sealed.

Customer and Privacy Policy

We do not disclose your personal information; it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.

For you to enter into an agreement with Braintimize GmbH, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.

Personal data is registered with Braintimize GmbH and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly which information is collected and why.

Employees at Braintimize GmbH have access to your information.

We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted.

As a customer of Braintimize GmbH, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you or to have your data deleted.
